Terms of Service
These Terms are the agreement between you and Stickerbook LLC (“Stickerbook”) for using Stickerbook, on the website or in an app. By creating an account or using Stickerbook, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Stickerbook.
They work together with the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. The Creator Guide explains how things work with examples, but these Terms are what count.
Who can use Stickerbook
You must be at least 13 years old.
- 13 to 17A parent or guardian must know about your account.
- Under 13Not allowed. If Stickerbook learns an account belongs to someone under 13, the account and its data are deleted.
- CreatorsIndividual Creator accounts are for people 18 or older. A Business Creator account must be opened by someone 18 or older who is allowed to act for that business or organization.
- Mature itemsStickers, sticker sheets and backgrounds marked Mature can’t be acquired by anyone under 18. How items get marked.

Your account
- Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, including your date of birth.
- Don’t open an account for someone else without their permission, or pretend to be someone you’re not.
- Don’t make a new account to get around a suspension or ban.
- Some names and handles are kept for Stickerbook’s own accounts.
Following the rules
The Community Guidelines cover everything on Stickerbook, and they’re part of these Terms. Breaking them can mean removed content, a warning, a suspension or a permanent ban.
Some checks are automated, but a person makes every suspension and ban decision. How that works.
What you own
- You keep the rights to what you makeStickers, sticker sheets, backgrounds, pages, photos, comments and messages. Stickerbook doesn’t own any of it, and creators keep every right to physical versions of their work.
- Collecting an item lets you use it on StickerbookWhen you get a sticker, sticker sheet or background, you can use it on your pages and the Slap Map for as long as Stickerbook runs. You don’t own the artwork. The pages you make are yours to share anywhere, but the item itself can’t be taken out and used on its own, like printing it or putting it in another app.
Only post what you made or have the rights to. By posting, you confirm it doesn’t break anyone else’s rights.
What Stickerbook can do with what you post
When you post on Stickerbook, you give Stickerbook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in the ways below, and nothing more.
- Store, copy and show what you post wherever it appears on Stickerbook, following your settings, like a private account.
- Make technical changes, like resizing, compressing, making thumbnails and converting formats.
This part covers stickers, sticker sheets and backgrounds in the Sticker Shop.
- Use them to promote Stickerbook, anywhereEmails, social posts, ads, app store pages, videos, flipbooks, roundups of new stickers and Editor’s Picks.
- Arrange them with other contentPlace them next to text, branding and other stickers, and crop, scale or animate them.
- Apply effects to the whole pieceLike black and white, a fade into color, a filter or lighting.
- Credit the creatorWith their @handle, wherever that’s practical.
- Change the design itself: redraw it, remove or add parts, or turn it into new artwork
- Put your work on physical products or merchandise
- Use your work to train AI
- Sell or license your work to another company
- Stickerbook stops using it in new promotions. Anything already published can stay up.
- People who already collected it keep it and can keep using it.
- Copies in backups are deleted on the normal schedule.
What other people can do
When you post on Stickerbook, other people can use it in the ways Stickerbook is built for.
- Collect your stickers, sticker sheets and backgrounds, and put them on their pages and the Slap Map.
- See and share what you post publicly. Share links open for anyone, even without an account.
Your name stays with your work wherever it goes on Stickerbook. People can share the pages they make with your work anywhere, but nobody gets the right to take the item itself and use it on its own.
Copyright and other claims
Stickerbook follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe something on Stickerbook copies your work, send a notice to Stickerbook’s copyright agent. The claim form asks for everything a notice needs, or you can email or mail the agent.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The work you say was copied.
- Where it is on Stickerbook, with a link if you can.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t allowed by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are allowed to act for the owner.
If something on Stickerbook uses your trademark, your name, your face or something else that’s yours without permission, use the same claim form. It asks for your contact details, what’s yours, where the item is on Stickerbook, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t allowed and that your claim is accurate.
Stickerbook removes the item or blocks access to it, and tells the person who posted it, with a copy of the notice or claim. People who already collected the item keep it, and pages aren’t changed.
Send a counter-notice to the same agent. It needs:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The item that was removed, and where it was before.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentified.
- Your name, address and phone number.
- A statement that you agree to the federal court for where you live (or, outside the U.S., any federal court where Stickerbook can be found), and that you’ll accept legal papers from the person who sent the notice.
Stickerbook sends your counter-notice to the person who sent the notice. Unless they file a court case within 10 business days, the item comes back within 10 to 14 business days.
If your item was removed after a trademark or other claim, email [email protected] and say why. Stickerbook may ask both sides for more details before deciding.
An accepted claim counts as a strike against the account that posted the item when the owner reports the account, or when Stickerbook decides it should, for example after repeated claims. Three strikes close the account. The account holder has 30 days to appeal to the copyright agent, and the account reopens if a strike is overturned. Otherwise the closure is permanent.
Knowingly sending a false notice, claim or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.
Coins
Coins are how you get stickers, sticker sheets and backgrounds in the Sticker Shop. You buy them with real money: on the website through Stripe, and in an app through Apple or Google where available.
- No cash valueCoins can’t be exchanged for money, sold or moved to another account.
- No refundsCoin purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund, or under Apple’s or Google’s own rules for purchases made through them.
- They don’t expireCoins last as long as your account. They’re lost when your account is deleted for good.
- Prices can changeStickerbook can change coin packs and their prices. Coins you already have keep working.
Selling on Stickerbook
Creators earn real money when people spend coins on their work. These are the terms. The Creator Guide walks through an example.
- A coin’s value is set each monthEverything people pay to buy coins in a month, after payment fees (Stripe, Apple and Google), is divided by the number of coins bought that month. Coins spent on your work are valued at the month they were spent.
- You keep 75%Stickerbook keeps 25%. A change to this split comes with at least 14 days’ notice.
- Paid monthly, from $25Each month closes on its last day and is paid on the 15th of the next month, once your balance reaches $25. Below that, it carries over. Nothing expires.
- Stripe sends payoutsYou need to finish Stripe’s identity and tax setup and live in a country Stripe pays out to.
- Taxes are yoursStickerbook provides tax forms through Stripe where the law requires them.
- Free items don’t earnOnly coins spent on your work count.
- Earnings from rule-breaking aren’t paidEarnings from fraud, fake purchases or work that isn’t yours can be withheld. An account banned for breaking these Terms can lose its unpaid earnings.
Promotion fees
Giving items away is free up to a point. The Creator Guide explains why, with examples.
- Your first 1,000 a month are freeFree stickers, free backgrounds and every sticker in a free sticker sheet count. Counts start over on the 1st of every month.
- Past 1,000, each one has a feeRight now: 2¢ each up to 10,000, 4¢ each up to 100,000, and 8¢ each after that. Current rates are always shown in Creator Studio. A rate change comes with at least 14 days’ notice.
- Only if you turn it onGoing past 1,000 needs a card on file and a monthly spend limit you set ($0, or at least $10). Without them, your free items pause at 1,000 until the next month.
- Your limit is a hard stopOnce your fees reach it, your free items can’t be collected until the 1st of the next month. People who already have them keep them.
- Charged on the 1stFees go on your card on the 1st of each month, for the month before. Under $10, they carry over to the next month. They never come out of your earnings.
- If your card is declinedYou’re back to the free 1,000 until it’s fixed, and the fees you already ran up are still owed.
Closing your account
- From Settings → Delete accountYour account closes right away and is hidden from everyone. Log back in within 30 days and it reopens. After that, it’s deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.
- Unused coins are lostOnce the account is deleted for good.
- Creator earnings are still paidYour unpaid balance is paid out even if it’s under $25, and your account finishes deleting once it’s paid. If Stickerbook can’t reach you or pay you, the balance is handled under unclaimed property law.
- Items people collected stay with themSee What Stickerbook can do.
Suspensions and bans
Stickerbook can remove content, suspend accounts or close them for good when they break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or put other people at risk. Usually there’s notice first. Sometimes there can’t be, for safety or legal reasons.
- Child safety means an immediate permanent banAnd a report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- A person decidesAutomation never suspends or bans an account.
- Think it’s a mistake?Email [email protected] and a person will look again.
No guarantees, and limits on liability
Stickerbook is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Stickerbook doesn’t promise it will always work, be error-free, or be free of harmful components.
As far as the law allows, Stickerbook LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages from using Stickerbook or not being able to, including lost data, content or earnings. For any claim, Stickerbook LLC’s total liability to you is limited to what you paid Stickerbook in the 12 months before the claim.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first. Most problems can be fixed that way.
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California, and either side can use small claims court if the claim qualifies.
Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change in a meaningful way, you’ll be told in Stickerbook or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The version and date at the top always show the latest.
Using Stickerbook after a change means you accept it. If you don’t, you can stop using Stickerbook and delete your account.
